Return Policy
Customer is responsible for shipping charges. 20% restocking fee after 2 weeks from billing date or ship date, which ever is later. NO returns after 30 days from billing date or ship date which ever is later.

Product Guarantee
If a product is received and is defective by a factory malfunction, a replacement order will be sent at no additional cost to the customer. Customer will receive a Return Airbill with the replacement and is responsible to repack and return defective product within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days customer is responsible for payment.
